Through my artworks I strive to create an intense atmosphere that moves the beholder emotionally and inspires them to question their own boundaries and allow deep, perhaps hidden feelings, to emerge. We very often make decisions with our minds only, disregarding what really feels right for us. Yet it is the big emotions that drive us and allow us to grow beyond ourselves if we are willing to open up to them and allow our intuition to guide us.
The purpose of my art is to process my feelings in the creative flow and to let them guide me. This realization has given me the confidence I need to constantly evolve and grow. I want to share this experience through my art and encourage beholders to listen to their own gut more often and follow their own intuition instead of being guided by predetermined standards that are considered "normal" by society.
I want to encourage people to listen to themselves and to live in a way that feels right. I have made a conscious decision not to be guided by trends or expectations in my artworks, but by my feelings, current events and visions of the future. I don't just want to create a beautiful work of art to decorate a wall, but to give an impulse to recognize one's own potential and overcome personal limitations. My art is a reminder that anything is possible if you believe in yourself.
Biography
Art as a path to self-discovery
Nina Lehr, born in Frankfurt am Main in 1992, discovered her artistic passion as a deeply rooted drive that led her to a particularly authentic way of thinking. She has always had a strong inner voice that wanted to show her the way, but it was only through art that she found access to this valuable source of intuition. While painting, she felt this inner voice manifest itself clearly and distinctly and realized that she could make her creative impulses and decisions from deep within. This discovery became a turning point in her life: Through painting, Nina learned to use her intuition not only on the canvas, but also in everyday life, which helped her to trust herself and overcome personal limitations.
Nina's artistic style is a powerful expression of her emotions and intuition. She chooses colors that move her internally and lets them flow freely on the canvas. Her works are created in a dynamic process in which the traces of the painting tools remain visible and reflect the emotions in the creative process. Each of her artworks is a pictorial transcription of the traces of life and an invitation to the viewer to explore their own feelings and thoughts.
Nina Lehr's art has already gained national recognition and is also attracting increasing international attention. Her vision is to inspire and encourage people worldwide to listen to what feels good and right for them from deep within. She wants to show that it is important to stay true to yourself, regardless of the opinions of others, and that continuous personal growth is the key to a fulfilled life.
